Ensure that all personnel are properly trained in executing basic waterborne skills, maritime boating regulations, and reporting procedures. Prevent boaters from maneuvering into the rifle range’s impact area. Responsible to ensuring public safety for the State of South Carolina, Beaufort County, and the City of Beaufort.
