Fiber optic instillation, fusion splicing, sweeping, testing, trouble shooting, Anritsu and

PIM use was a necessary part of my roll.

More odds and ends with running crews, taking care of site design, taking close out photos of sites, site inspection, calling NOC and property management, show up on time, data room builds, truck and trailer maintenance, project lead, and I can make executive decisions in an orderly fashion.

As a bar back I was responsible for stocking all products for the bar, the washing of all glasses and equipment, proper rotation of beer and liquor, organization of walk-in cooler, and the

cleaning of the full bar at the end of the night. As a bouncer I was responsible for the checking and verification of ID’s, organize and clean the dining room at the end of the night, manage the entrance and exit to ensure the fire capacity laws were being followed, collecting a cover charge at the door when applicable, making change and ticket people, and removing any persons who were to intoxicated or violent.

Have vast knowledge pertaining to local and imported brews. Carry out customer’s purchases ranging from a case to a full barrel, and load it into their vehicle. Clean all floors and shut down the store at the end of the night.

Take all customers drink and food orders in a professional manner, clear all glasses and/or plates. Have extensive knowledge of all drinks, wine, and food. We had 52 single malt scotches and over 10,000 bottles of wine ranging from $15 a bottle to $2000. Deliver checks, make change, run credit cards, and cash out at the end of my shift.

This was a sister location under the same management as Waterman Lake. A couple of months into this position I was promoted to full time cook in the Alzheimer’s unit in which I prepared all meals for the 40 residents.

As a waiter I prepare all sides, condiments, and deserts for each specific meal, take orders from the dining room, communicate with the chef for each residents specific order, deliver each residents dish. Have served 12 people up to 45 people in one meal. Keep all equipment in the kitchen clean, including walk-ins and stock room. Set up a private dining room if a resident wishes to bring a family party. Set up the function room, which would be rented out for

corporate events. This includes all table and flatware setups. Construct the buffet and transport and set up all food and or snacks. Have served anywhere from 20 people to 400 people.

As a cook I have prepared anywhere from 75 meals to 125 meals in one sitting. My personal best it 117 plates in 25 minuets.

As a weekend manager my responsibilities were the same as a waiter but also included opening and closing the kitchen, monitoring the buildings emergency system incase a resident had a health complication and needed medical assistance, and sign all employees time cards.
