Build required antenna, radios and place frequency cards inside radios as required and build other required materials on the ground. Rig the tower with rope and pulley 20 feet above the height of the placement of the required job on the tower. Hoist the antenna, radio and other materials to said site on the tower. Hoist hybrid line and Ray Cap to said position. In addition place fxfb radio and frie radio in required positions. Run jumpers to required equipment. Hook up hybrid power and fibers into the Ray Caps. Run power and fiber lines from the aloha radios to the RayCap box and hook up inside as well as from the frie to RayCap if present. The fibers have to be placed and hooked up with the same numbers on the fiber plate on the top of the tower as they are on the ground RayCap box. The hybrid line has to be run inside the RayCap box and power hokedup and fibers placed to the numbers the same as the top is.
