At the beginning of my employment with Blue Stream I was charged with the oversight of the construction of Verizon ground shelters from the ordering of empty shelters to the delivery and placement of newly constructed tower locations. When the need arose, I was transferred to a fast passed and demanding position of managing emergency repair teams covering AT&T Wireless’s Northern Illinois region.

As the Managing member of a Tiger repair teams, we implemented 24 to 72hr system outage repairs to Tower sided AT&T cellular equipment.
Over sought the installation of Samsung, Siemens, and Ericsson CDMA rack mounted hardware, GSM rack mounted hardware, FIF rack mounted hardware, and Rectifier Modules in newly constructed Verizon ground Shelters.
Managed construction timeline, coordinate scheduling with contractors and subcontractors as needed.
Coordinate inspections of the quality of work and materials, ongoing and completed, review planned work and schedule pre-installation meeting.
Defined site level safety practices and protocol in alignment with organizational standards. Ensures safety procedures are followed and work site is safe for all employees, customers, subcontractors and the public.

Responsible for accurate documentation for billing and providing support for efficient accounts receivable.
