Responsibilities to be Journey Man/ Lead man is Lacing the tower from the grown up piece by piece, Making Sure all my coworkers are doing there Jobs correctly. So I Read The Blue Prints ,putting bases in the ground ,transit operator laying out batter boards for the bases to be put in the Ground  track hoe operator , back hoe , lull, crane, fork lift , boom truck, Ditch Winch, Dozer, Lacing, Feet, Legs, Body, Crook, Top, Peak, Inspect The Tower Before standing the tower , check for loose bolts, braces on wrong or out of place, make sure braces are were there suppose to be, check for the right size bolts, make sure steal an braces are not catching water make sure the insulators are on right. Than I recheck all my coworkers work to make sure everything is done properly than I climb and stand the tower on my way up, after we set the tower we tighten on our way back down start from the top work are ways to the bottom. Then I Check Every Tower with Binoculars to make sure every bolt and make sure all braces are on an all bolts are tighten up an none is missing. I've climbed over 600 Feet.

Install antenna and transmission lines along with ancillary equipment on communication structures.

Running the antristsu an setting rets an antennas for At&t , Doing Upgrades for Umts & Gsm Antennas for at&t running 3 new lines an 6 antennas an dropping the old hardware plus the old antennas. Doing Tiger Team going around fixing the problems, Checking For loose hardware, missing hardware fixing weather proofing building new connectors. New Boom Change Out For At&t I have done a little bit of T-Mobile new installs taking out old an replacing with the New material... I’m easily taught on anything I do pretty fast learner show me one time an it will be done right everytime

Top Hand For Maxtransmit worked for them for a good while I was doing installs for att sprint an virizon really haven’t done that much of sprint but at&t an Vz I have installs ppc connectors certified for that and I’m comtrained Umts upgrades an Gsm Upgrades, I have done plenty of lte work .
