 I have all my current certifications for working on a cellsite and 'most' of the equipment needed. They Expired this year though.(2015)

I ended my career of 8 years in the Missouri Army National Guard last year. Ending rank of E-5 SGT. I was with the 1/129th Field Artillery.

I have a firm grasp on leadership as well as teamwork. I am capable of leading a team(did so for 5 years) as well as following instructions and getting the job done.

Top Hand - A Climber

12/2013 - 01/2015

I was hired on as a B-Climber. After only a few months, two formans and my Crew Manager put in for me to become a A-Climber(top hand). I worked mostly on AT&T sites with installs and tiger teams. I know pretty much everything about an AT&T site install and can finish a Tiger Team ticket in good ammount of time. Although I was only a Top-Hand for a

year, I feel like I excelled above most others in my field of work due to sheer determination and want for a site to be done properly. I've trained three other crewmembers on how to do installs all of which got raises before they left Bluestream.

I started out as an assembler for Walmart. Soon, I work my way to Electronics associate, and then Manager over TLE. My job consisted of maintaning the shop and delivering great customer service in a safe but timely manner. I was in charge of most of the paperwork; Scheduling, ordering, safety, disposal, hiring, discipline, firing, employee reviews, etc.
