Team Assembly
Worked on the radio and radiator assembly lines for Ford parts. On the radio line, there are 4 stations and I had mastered them all, consisting of assembling the faceplate of the radio to the frame using a pneumatic screw gun, assembling the ac/heat controls, and the radio unit itself using an electric screw gun and then giving a visual inspection for quality, all in a timely ordered fashion. On the radiator line assembly workers performed work in stations. I knew most of the stations on this line as well. I assembled deflectors, bumper guards using an electric screw gun and cast iron brackets using an electric bolt gun and carried and assembled 30 lb. wire harnesses for radiators. Monitored the robotic quality inspector and would fix any quality issues it found and reset the robot inspection.
Order filler, Warehouse packer
Temp worker at Hallmark. Picker/packer, filled orders and stacked packages on pallets. Labeled packages, monitored the conveyors for jam ups and correct packages.
Car Washer
Washed and shammed cars for dealerships. Processed up to 600 vehicles a day.
Wall setter, Concrete Pourer, Wall Lining
Drove the work truck to and from the worksite and to get parts from the city. Built concrete pools on residential properties. Set the braces and walls to pour concrete for the pool walls. Poured concrete for the floors. Sprayed adhesive. Helped set the pool lining. Did touch ups and repairs.
