Self-discipline
As a Marine I was often faced with challenges that were meant to test one’s mental-toughness, many times in training we are made to feel tired, and weak. However, our instructors never gave breaks and through their efforts they instilled within each of us a drive to preform to our upmost abilities. This is the can-do attitude that I plan to bring to your company.
Overcoming Challenges and Exceeding Goals
There are several challenges that everyone faces in their lifetime, as a Marine this is no different. Personally I have found ways to communicate effectively and outline the director’s intent as well as outlining focus points. As a field manager, salesman and recruiter I am often challenged by finding suitable candidates while balancing my personal sales goals and effectively training new employees. I am always able to meet our company’s deadlines, sales, and personnel goals effectively.

I am a firm believer that things can always be worse, therefore I am always upbeat even in the direst circumstances. My service time has enabled me to be the leader I am today and taught me ways to turn a glum attitude of a crew to that of productivity and general well-being.
