2004-2014 AT&T Mobility 925 East Park Drive Grayson KY 41143. Technical Support Representative. Responsible for telephone based troubleshooting all aspects of system and handset issues for customers of AT&T Wireless.

1999-2003 Ashland Independent Schools: Ashland, KY. Responsible for network maintenance, system software maintenance and installation, and teaching of basic computer skills and Microsoft based system.

1994-1999 Cabletron Corporation Ironton OH. Manufacturing Technician, responsible for component level troubleshooting and repair of networking circuit boards being manufactured at this facility.

1988-1991 Zenith Data Systems: St. Joseph, MI. Engineering Technician, responsible for testing and evaluation of development testing for drives and components used in Zenith brand computers at this manufacturing facility.

Other Work History includes full and part time positions with LexMark Corporation, Diebold banking systems, and computer retail stores.

MILITARY EXPERIENCE:

United States Air Force: Six years. Served as an administrative specialist, an Armed Forces Courier, and a Security Specialist, in charge of a secure communications center. Had a Top Secret security clearance, and was awarded the Air Force Achievement medal, and the outstanding unit ribbon. Duty stations included Bergstrom AFB, Austin, Texas, and Rhein Main Air Base, Frankfurt, Germany. Honorable Discharge.

Instructor Experience: One semester of experience teaching basic electronics and computers thru Ashland Community College, Ashland, Kentucky, thru a Microsoft Grant for Adult Education.
