I’m a very transparent person, and it took me a long time to figure out what direction I wanted to take in my career. I always knew that whatever path I chose, it needed to be something I was passionate about. One day, out of the blue, it came to me. I knew I wanted to climb towers. The very next day, I applied for school, and one year later I graduated with all the required certifications.
During my training, I learned firsthand how demanding this field truly is. At 5 feet tall, I know I don’t fit the traditional image of a Tower Technician. I am fully aware that with my height, I will have to work twice as hard, and that is a challenge I’m prepared for.
Despite the high demand for tower climbers, getting my foot in the door has been more difficult than expected. Many people overlook me before giving me the opportunity to show what I can do. I have the training. I have the certifications. And most importantly, I have the determination and mindset to learn quickly, show up every day, and take feedback as fuel for growth.
I am simply looking for one chance. One company willing to see beyond assumptions and recognize my potential. I am ready to contribute, to learn, and to prove that I can meet and exceed the expectations of this role. With the right team and mentorship, I am confident I will become a valuable long-term asset in the field.
