Program/Project Manager Indirect Spend – Recruited to assist newly-formed Corporate Indirect Procurement organization implement e-Procurement applications, SAS tools and reporting processes as enablers to sustain year-over-year savings, improved operational efficiency and increased productivity.
Program/Project managed Global e-Catalog initiative that included transition to new software application and deployment of 35 e-Catalogs in 20 countries across Europe, South America and Asia/Pacific regions. Within twelve month period, catalog spend increased 125% ($18M to $40M) and number of catalogs available to end-users tripled (9 to 42).
Indirect procurement lead to implement company-wide Spend Visibility tool from "proof of concept" through international roll-out. This application transformed 100% of Accounts Payable and P-Card processed payments into an actionable Spend Cube that was an enabler in identifying $200M cost take-outs annually from $4000M Indirect Spend baseline.
Managed implementation and customization of Intuit’s QuickBase software application/database to provide global Corporate Indirect Procurement organization with standard means to view, analyze, forecast and report cost savings. The “deal pipeline” component of reporting process provided executive management with real time assessment of GAP to GOAL values.
Project managed global expansion of Ariba e-Sourcing RFx tool across 3 Regions, 20+ Countries and 50+ users including: General Administration, License Management, Training, Reporting and monthly Open "Discussion" Forum.
