*Attach pulley, blocks, beam clamps to fixed overhead structures, beams, ceilings
And crane booms, using hoist, clamps, straps, and various rigging gear.
*Perform site surveys and critical lift calculations and when required, splices, repairs, and or replaces slings, wire rope and tackle.
*Ensures that operator level maintenance on assigned crane and rigging components are performed. Conducts Pre-Job safety meetings.
*Perform general housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
