Job Functions: Responsible for all closeout photos and documentation turned in accurately and on time. Reviewed all job site documents and coordinated with crew leads and Project Manager all relavant information, including any discrepancies on any and all site documentation. Responsible for all 3rd party/vendor audits; including disproving any audit findings, or dispatching crews to fix the problems. Tracked all crews on all sites, and gave daily updates as to status of job and estimated completion dates. Ensured all independently owned sites (AT&T, SBA, Crown Castle etc.) had required documentation turned in on time, and each crew lead knew what was required of each site. Responsible for making sure all Sweeps, Pim and Fiber were labeled accurately and all markers were set to vendor specifications, to include renaming and marker to peaks. Ensured all RET Screenshots and text reports were labeled properly and all antennas were reading properly. Coordinated with crew leads on all troubleshooting sites, including all repairs made were turned in accurately and all alarms were cleared. Crews worked in the North and South Texas Markets, Oklahoma Market, and also Louisiana Markets. Main Vendor was Xcell Inc, sub of Goodman Networks. These sites included LTE integration, decommissions, antenna and radio upgrades, complete boom/Mount decommission and remounts, and Cell Site of the Futures. I was responsible for 4 crews, and 2 tiger teams for this company.

Office/Personnel functions: Responsible for all new hire packets, and coordinating with crew leads on getting them to job sites. Coordinated with all crew leads to ensure all payroll turned in accurately and on time. Cataloged all reimbursement receipts, ensuring PM and all crew leads were reimbursed for all work related transactions by next pay period. Cataloged all employees credit card receipts to include cross referencing all receipts to each employee’s statement monthly.

Reason for leaving: Unhappy with business practices and got a better offer. This company is no longer in business and I do not have any contact information on it. The owner was Eric Tarrant.

Reason for leaving: Company owner no longer wanted to pursue communications as a business as he was losing money.

Job Title: Project Coordinator for Texas Market Salary

Job Functions: Responsible for both in house and all sub crews in Texas. Coordinated with all crew leads, and sub owners to ensure accurate daily reports and estimated completion dates, were sent in to all vendors and Project Manager daily. Reviewed all site documentation for accuracy, and coordinated with crew leads any and all discrepancies found, including equipment positions, technologies, and Center Lines. Ensured all new subs in Market had all site requirements (Color Code, sweep specs, RET specs and all required Photos, including site specific extras IE Crown Castle 24 hour RET form and 24 hour tape drop form and photos.).Coordinated with Project Manager, Construction Manager and Warehouse Supervisor ensuring everyone had the proper documents for all sites they were managing. Responsible for all 3rd party/vendor audits including disproving or dispatching crew to fix errors. Responsible for all labeled photos, and accurate closeout documents being uploaded into vendor mainframe ( in Texas Goodman Networks-Sitera, and in Colorado T-mobile/Ericsson-CAM TOOL) including all Out Of Scope/True ups. Ensured all sweeps, PIM, Fiber and RET Screenshots/text reports were accurate and labeled properly including renaming and marker to peaks, and transposed to proper format(IE .DAT to PDF, VNA to .DAT to PDF), before submitted to vendor. Coordinated with all sub crew leads and owners for all Out Of Scope work completed. These sites in the Texas Market consisted of LTE upgrades, 2C/3C upgrades, UMTS removal of old quad port antennas to 6 port antennas to be able to hold the A2 pack that had been integrated into the installs on the 2c/3c as well as the LTE antennas. When work in Texas slowed down, I then worked on Colorado sites, Denver Market. These were rooftop sites consisting of L700 and L2100 upgrades and integration. I was responsible for 7 sub crews and one in-house crew in Texas, and 3 sub crews in Colorado. However, I did turn in some Closeouts for the New Mexico Market when they got behind.

Office/Personnel duties: Track and submitted all employees hours in Texas for payroll. Catalogued and submitted all receipts for reimbursement. Responsible for all new hires in Texas. Resolved any issues concerning payroll, for all Texas employees.

Skills I have acquired include:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets.

Working knowledge of all RET Screen shots including Text Report

Working knowledge of Anritsu D and E models (can pull sweeps off if needed).

Working knowledge of Line Sweep Tools including renaming, changing markers and transposing .DAT to PDF and VNA to .DAT to PDF.

Working knowledge of the following types of sweeps: Cable Loss, Return Loss Load, Return Loss/System, Distance to Fault, and Distance to Fault Load.

Working Knowledge of most hardware/equipment installed on Tower Top and inside Shelter ( I am required to label all photos that I submit with sector, position, and what it is.

Working knowledge of most color code in Texas.

Working Knowledge of monopole, self supporting, and guyed Towers, including rooftops and steeples.

Very good at Multi-tasking, and coordination multiple types of personnel ( from crew leads to company owners and everyone in between).

*I have set up an office at my home, that I work out of enabling me to work all hours of the day, 7 days a week. I answer calls and check email from 6am to as late a midnight. I am will to travel for any business or meetings should it be needed.*
