Over the length of time of being in this industry; I have learned: L & A for all carriers, microwave, RF awareness, Heat stress awareness, stacking, beef ups, and tower mods, troubleshooting, certified PIM Master & Site Master, fiber splicing & testing, as well as civil work (concrete, form, underground, etc.), and DC & shelter work. I currently hold all the certifications necessary for being a tower foreman. Safety is something I strongly enforce and follow. Taking pride in the company I am with, the employees there, and the work I perform are all very important to me. I am a leader that loves to share knowledge and train; but yet I am always willing and open to learning knew knowledge with this rapidly growing and changing industry.
