Employment Achievements and Responsibilities

Project managed Microwave System Upgrade of 47 sites for KEWS across the state of Kentucky, including removal of old Microwave Radios, Antennas and Lines, testing, and turn up.
Upgrade of microwave system for the City or Colorado Springs, Colorado. 25 sites from Analog to digital.
Upgrade of microwave system for Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) in Colorado. 30 sites from analog to digital.
Successfully trained many tower crews to install microwave systems, cellular systems and erection of towers of every type, up to 500' using a crane, gin pole, and helicopter.

Extensive microwave installation experience, including troubleshooting, path alignment, and testing.

Proficient in tower modifications including guy wire change outs, tower reinforcement, and torque arm installations.
Skilled in tower lighting system installation and troubleshooting, including Flash Tech and Honeywell systems.
Experienced in site design and installation on a variety of roof top, stealth, and water tank sites.
Capable of heavy machinery operation including forklifts, bobcats, front end loaders, boom trucks, and winches.
Possess all needed office and field equipment including but not limited to 4x4 transportation, laptop computer, cell phone and air card, digital camera, GPS, laser printer, scanner, climbing harness with lanyards, cordless tools, and safety gear.
