I have been working on towers for over four years started back in 2004 to 2007 working for AFL Network Services. and recently worked for Westower Communications from 2013 to may 2015 . I have been top hand most of this time. I can run all test equipment pim,fiber, sweep, and the aat tool. i know how to rig the tower and run a cat head. i can put on connectors on coaxial cables from 1/2" to 1-5/8" I also know how to run fiber dc power ect. I have hung dishes up to 15ft and also path aliened them. I have never been lucky enough to use a gin pole or stack towers however I would love the opportunity to do so. I have never been given the chance to be foreman but I know with out question that I can be a good foreman on an install crew.
