Working in the design of Access Transport Network for UTRAN Nodes (RNC 3810, RNC 3820, EVO 8200) and prepare TND report for the customer.

RNC Capacity Analysis for CP and UP traffic. Module MP and DC/CC/PDR devices load monitoring (measured and calculated).
Scaling Factor calculation for capacity expansion. IuB re-moduling and re-subracking suggestions for balancing processor load (mMP and DCdev). Propose the topologies and physical connectivity to the site routers according to the Ericsson recommendations. Face to face technical meetings.

INTEGRATION SUPPORT
Remote support for the integration of RNC 3810 and RNC 3820 as well as support for the EVO Controller 8200.
