Leading enterprise-wide initiatives for the Coral Gables and Medical campuses. Mentor project managers in the use of project management tools and processes.

Collaborated on process redesign and tool selection for ITIL Service Catalog offerings.

Managed the ServiceNow upgrade projects for versions FUJI and Geneva.
Represented the PMO on the Office365 implementation project for the Coral Gables and Medical campuses.

Managed a University wide Integration tools selection process. The vendors were scored based on performance and the selections were forward to the IT Executive Team for action.

Developed a new process allowing users to allocate virtual servers using Azure and VMWare. The application for cloud provisioning enables users to request virtual servers through the ServiceNow service catalog.
