Lead Quality and Safety Auditor
Responsibilities include keeping up with AT&T quality standards.
Making trackers and maps for sites that need to be audited. Climbed AT&T cell phone tower to inspect and report on the quality of the work that was preformed. Visit site while crew were working to check safety equipment, paperwork and helped with all Quality questions they had. Received and reviewed internal and 3rd party audits and sent them out to the contractor to repair. In House ComTrain - Trainer for Basic Tower Climbing and Rescue Course. Helped teach company Construction Managers what to looking and how to fill out Punchlist form for AT&T Last day visit. Responsible for a 2 man crew, truck and a few expensive tools. Visited sites with Cranes and helicopter pick to watch for safety issues. Was a Foreman then became a site supervisor.
Cable Installer
- Responsibilities include Reading and Understanding Blue prints. Laying out, color coding, installing brackets for alarm and/or cat5 cables in business and/or residential buildings. Connected each cable to a device on one side and back to the control unit. Had to manage time and work at a fast pace to meet the job deadlines. Most the time works in areas alone other helped with a group of people.
