Managed many levels of logistics for equipment and crews coordination with multi third party vendors, trucking companies, rental equipment, calling 811 before trenching, contacting power companies, random drug screening, insuring DOT requirements where met before loads left the facility. Insuring fabricators met deadlines and stayed within budget of project.

I worked as a Foremen in the telecommunication industry for several years building cell towers and installing the upgrades for Sprint, Nextel, Verizon, AT&T. Starting each day with JSA meetings ....

Certifications include Tower and Rescue, CPR, OSHA 10 (studying for OSHA 510), Cam-Safety, Forklift operator and instructor class a CDL

Before this my construction level of experience includes, housing, roofing, concrete, metal buildings, minor welding and Iron works

I understand and use Microsoft windows, excel, and power point with intro to access programs

My ability to lead is as good as is my ability to follow

I consider advise and ideas of our crew as well as my superiors to help implement a timely fashion of completion of all tasks at hand

I take full responsibility for my leadership including the safety of our crews and our locations

I try to teach that we as a collective or as an individual we need to look for solutions to finish a job not an excuse to delay it
