U.S ARMY MID-LEVEL MANAGER APRIL 2010 TO PRESENT

Selected over twenty seven co- workers in the same position to head the organization safety reducing work related accident from an average of six incidences per month down to an average of one per month.

Helped balance the care of seven soldiers against mission requirements; ensured and led personnel to thrive in uncertain and complex operating environments thus improving mission readiness.

Managed to train and direct squad personnel in driver maintenance, loading techniques, and maintaining equipment records.
