Reset Merchandiser- Reset Ingles and Save-more stores. I used plan-o-grams to set different sections, including grocery and dairy sections. I changed shelves for sections as well as built and moved gondolas. Back stock, damaged and out-of-date products were removed from store sections. Other duties consisted daily of maintenance of store, tile painting, and entire sanitation of all store sections. Floors were cleaned by sweeping mopping, stripping, waxing and floor buffing.

Call Center Rep- Placed customer orders over the phone, handled invoices, communicated with customers and Freight Company’s when shipping or tracking previously shipped orders.
 
Phone Directory Operator- Transferred calls threw out company, handled customer emails of notification of back stocked items.
 
Warehouse Worker- I worked in the warehouse, locating items according to an alphabetized system. I picked and packed orders to be shipped threw different freight companies. Other diuties consisted of show room maintenance such as cleaning, painting, building displays, as well as office construction involving carpentry and drywall work.
 
Web Content Team- Completed content spreadsheets containing product I. D. numbers, product descriptions, weights, and shipping info to be uploaded to the company website.
