February 2008-Present Precision Offshore Consultants – Vice President
Responsibilities- In this position I have worn and continue to wear many hats. My responsibilities include
but are not limited to:
A. Decommissioning & Abandonment Consultant- Working as and managing inspectors on
offshore projects involving critical lifts, heavy lifts, inspection, repair, reefing, removal and
removal preparations of pipelines and platforms. My consultants as well as myself oversee the
day to day operations on our clients behalf, conducting and actively participating in daily safety
meetings, work schedule and procedure preparation and remediation, daily project reports and
cost analysis.
B. Construction & Installation Consultant- Working as and managing construction consultants,
platform installation consultants, and pipeline inspectors. Offshore and inland construction
includes projects for tank inspection, repair and installation, fabrication inspection, oversee tank
cleaning, flushing, and removal. Platform construction on land then mobilization and offshore
installation; compressor remodification and installation, heavy lift/critical lift, hurricane
remediation and repair. ROV level inspections, post hurricane safe outs. Land experience
includes overseeing tank battery projects, well pad construction, permit to work, pipeline prep,
excavation, and installation. Oversee large groups of inspectors as well as construction personnel
in all major shale plays.
C. Sr. HSE Executive- Perform work as well as manage a large number of on-site and on-call safety
advisors. Assist in and perform JSA preparation and review, Accident and Incident investigations,
Approve pre-job vendor requirements for our clients, Supply large numbers of on-site safety
personnel as well as incipient fire personnel, supply and maintain life saving equipment.
Experiences include drilling, fracking, pipeline, installation and decommissioning with extensive
projects in confined space, supervision and rescue, hotwork, NORM, Air Monitoring and general
safety policy and procedures.

Responsibilities: Worked as and oversaw large numbers of onsite safety and firewatch personnel.
Responsible for the interview, employment and training of new hires. Offshore projects included but were
not limited to: post-hurricane safe outs, overseeing hotwork procedures, verify scaffolding inspections,
verify client and SEMS training requirements, air monitoring. Observe safe lift and rigging procedures,
correct and mitigate alternative measures if needed. Operations in this position lead to gain experience in
drilling, construction, production, pipeline and dive operations.
