I also am well-organized self-starter with a strong attention to detail, and have ability to follow construction drawings and RFDS documentation. I can effectively submit verbal and written reports to the Construction Manager concerning project progress, delays, deviations, and safety concerncs/violations. I am always  professional with the customers and resolve issues. I can complete and submit closeout packages on time. I always safety, quality, and punctuality in the crews work. I help crews with leading the team through demonstrations and on job training. I know how to create emergency response plans in accordance with corporate policies and procedures, and also know how to identify and stop a job when confronted with an unsafe work environment.
