all sweeps and labeling sweeps using an Anritsu SiteMaster S331B cable and antenna
analyzer with a frequency range of 25 Mhz to 3.3 Ghz. I was responsible for
programming the CCU's, setting RET values and getting screen shots before and after. I
was in charge of trouble shooting RSSI and VSWR alarms for AT&T using the SiteMaster and
Summitek PIM gear.

3rd party auditor on AT&T and Verizon installations. I would climb the tower and get
height verifications, and inspect all work performed to make sure it was within the
scope of work and specifications. I would check all plumbing, and equipment model
numbers. I would also check and correct all down tilts and azimuths. I would
take pictures of everything for verification.

I started out working on decommissions, maintenance and tower modifications. This
quickly turned into a 2 man inspection where I would climb, map, take photo's and
collect information while inspecting for structural, grounding and lighting issues. I
would perform minor maintenance, and then climb down and help on the plumb and
tension. I was then trained on all facets of the computer work involved and I started
running my on 2 man inspection team.

I started out pre building self supporters on the ground. I also worked on a lot of
Collocates and Nextel sites. I was then put in charge of a two man tiger team in Illinois
and Iowa. I would go to each site and system sweep the lines and trouble shoot and
replace anything that was damaged. We would take photos of everything we fixed and I
would go back to the hotel and complete reports.
