Multiple years coordinating the Construction efforts of my team to include but certainly not limited to: The management of other CMs, Precon walks estimating and building BOMs, building an impeccable production driven Quality scope, punch verifications/ repairs, training CMs as well as multiple Foremen both hands on “On Site” and via email attachment remotely in real time. Internal cost analysis and overall direction of fluidity amongst all aspects of construction management efforts from ensuring accurate and timely material deliveries to continuity of understanding scope of work from both “in house” employees as well as subs.

Experienced/ familiar with all aspects of reading Blue prints, wiring diagrams, F-Type/RJ45 Cat5/Cat5e/ Fiber Optics/PPC/Amphenol/Cannon/Andrew/Commscope/Optical MW connectors.
Gravitec/ Commtrain with rescue endorsements, Crosby Rigging API RP-2D certification, Anritsu L-model and earlier sweep testing, Anritsu Passive Inter-modulation test gear (PIM), Andrew/ CommScope/ PPC connectorization and termination certified.
