- Improved knowledge database of fiber optic lines in GIS system so that future projects could be
planned.
- Created and updated old fiber optic splice diagrams in AutoCAD and Smallworld, improving similarity of
real splices to diagram.

connections in substations with VISIO, allowing troubleshooting of specific connections to be more easily
pinpointed.
