Ty currently works for ATS and has been working there for a little over two months. Prior to that, he worked for MTSI for 10 years. He started as a climber, then advanced to foreman which is what he has been doing for the last 7 years. He has no problem with the construction aspect or understanding blue prints and drawings. He is also knowledgeable with computers in Excel, Office, Word, etc. He has no problem with testing or sweeping towers and has extensive knowledge in Microwave and RF. He also has a great work ethic and takes pride in every job he completes. He strives to get it right the first time.
