I was in charge of every aspect of the Michigan office. Logistics with customer
materials and our truck and trailer fleet, budget reports weekly and monthly, Cost
analysis on under performing jobs, Warehouse inventory and stocking, Safety
inspections, reports and indecent reports, bid walks, estimation, construction
scheduling, daily reports to customer, all while running multiple crews on different
projects.
Welder/ Fitter Nov 2011 to Oct 2012
STI - Bridge City, tx
MIG & TIG welded stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum. Used Plasma cutter
and oxygen and acetylene torch. Operated press brake and electric rolls. Built driller
consoles for oil rigs. worked with tube, pipe and sheets to fabricate. Read prints.

Military - Fort Lewis, WA
Joined as a infantry man but was given the opportunity to try out for Rangers
selection process do to excelled performance. Have been a part of 3 deployments. Have
had to run and plan missions under extreme situations never allowing to show the affects
of stress. Commanded vehicle movements, Gun teams and assault teams. Learned how
to effectively communicate and use everyone to there strengths to pull everyone
together to achieve a common goal.

Echo Maintenance - Port Aurthor, TX
Started out as a fire watch and worked my way up through the company through
hard work and dedication. I spent several months as a helper learning how it fit and prep
pipe for the welders. After only a few months of helping I was apply to move into a
fitters roll and teach others. Moved to new project where we were required to change
gaskets and torque flanges. Had to work in pipe racks 60′ under fresh air and in confined
spaces.
