Administer user’s system accounts, update and maintain names, logins, passwords access authorizations, shared directories, permissions, assigned systems, and active directory services.

Build and maintain servers, business class VOIP systems, and virtualized environments using a myriad of different operating systems.

Implement technical solutions by defining specifications, establishing integrations, and conducting performance tuning, code reviews, and configuration management.

Validate results by designing diagnostic tests, creating test scripting routines, conducting benchmark tuning/testing, then identifying and resolving faults.

Utilize technical resources, document known issues, and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems.

Streamline computer support processes by designing, developing, and testing applications.

Set up equipment for employee use, performing and ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and appropriate software.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, explaining processes, and listening to customer frustrations.

Manage daily data backups of all servers and databases to ensure integrity.
