East Coast Utility, LLC has been providing directional boring and trenching services to the Cable, Telecommunications and Wireless industry since 2007. The company was founded by Thomas Colleran, a 20 year veteran in field of Trenchless Technologies, with the idea of promoting his HDD reputation & work ethic, delivering quality, cost effective work, creating a team of very satisfied customers. After years in the industry, and valuable feedback from customers and partners it became clear that Tom Colleran needed to expand his operations to that of East Coast Utility, LLC. ECU’s goal is to offer residential and commercial customers a service that focuses on all their underground construction needs.

Mission Statement: East Coast Utility, LLC intends to become significant player in the directional drilling business in its current markets on the East Coast particularly in NJ (New Jersey). We believe it is important to have excellent customer service, pay attention to detail, and treat every individual job like it is our first. Our inventory of directional tools are the best quality available. Our product is not only our equipment, it’s the quality of people we bring to each and every job.

ECU Company Goals and Current Achieved Objectives: Our goal is to become a solid competitor in the East Coast and New Jersey markets. We began our business by just focusing on the navigational aspect of the business alone. We have a proven track record of efficient operation and a loyal customer base. East Coast Utility, LLC to date has logged over 240,000 foot to its name in New Jersey, with PSE&G and Verizon. Our current projection is to continue completing 12,000 feet per month by the end of 2010.
