Vertigo is a Seattle-based roped access company. We hang banners and solve commercial and industrial access problems throughout the Northwest and beyond.

Why roped access? With roped access, clients enjoy cost and time savings by avoiding the liability, expense, and street closures that often accompany scaffolding or boom lifts.

Over the last 9 years, Vertigo has collaborated with a variety of clientele such as Safeco Field, Qwest Field, the Washington State Convention Center, Pacific Science Center, Museum of Glass, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Museum of Flight, Tacoma Art Museum, Harbor Properties, Tower 801, Holy Names Academy, Ikea, Unico Properties, and the Olympic Games in Salt Lake City.

What is industrial roped access? Industrial roped access, an common industry in Europe, is still a somewhat new concept here in the U.S. It uses methods proven in the fields of rescue and mountaineering and then enhanced to accommodate OSHA Fall Protection codes. Roped access provides low impact, quick access to an endless variety of points and locations, such as the exterior trusses of the Mariners Stadium, the interior of cement storage silos, the side walls of ferry boats, and the structural members of bridges.
