B&M Tower Technologies, Inc. is looking for reliable, qualified tower hands for AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc. installs, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Must have knowledge in LTE / 4G equipment; antennas, RRH/RRU, coax, etc. Knowledge in UMTS, PCS, and GSM equipment is a plus. Must know how to install connectors on jumpers, color code, grounding. Must have basic hand tools. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND AND DRUG TEST.
