About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced T-Mobile Tiger Team Foreman to join our dynamic team. This leadership position requires a highly skilled individual with a deep understanding of T-Mobile work, including site development, network infrastructure, and equipment installation. The Foreman will oversee and manage a crew of technicians, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards, on time, and in compliance with T-Mobile’s protocols and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians for T-Mobile maintenance project.
- Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all applicable guidelines, including T-Mobile-specific procedures.
- Conduct site assessments and inspections, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are met.
- Provide hands-on leadership during project execution, ensuring clear communication and coordination within the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project implementation.
- Maintain project schedules and timelines, reporting regularly to management on progress and any potential delays.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the project manager to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all work completed, including progress updates, equipment lists, and safety checks.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure adherence to OSHA standards and safety practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with T-Mobile projects, including network installations, upgrades, and site maintenance.
- Proven experience in a telecommunications environment.
- Extensive knowledge of T-Mobile's technical requirements, safety protocols, and equipment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work in various environments and weather conditions, with flexibility for on-call or weekend work as needed.
- OSHA 10/30 or equivalent safety certification.
