Description

JHC Ventures is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Tower Foreman to lead our field technical teams. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the direct supervision of Tower Technicians, ensuring that all telecommunications projects are executed with superior quality, stay on schedule, and strictly adhere to all safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision: Oversee all on-site activities to ensure full compliance with antenna installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
- Safety Leadership: Enforce and ensure strict compliance with all company safety regulations and OSHA procedures for the entire crew.
- Quality Control: Guarantee that installation outcomes meet or exceed client requirements and company standards for time, quality, and safety.
- Logistics & Schedule: Maintain strict adherence to established work schedules and resolve installation issues to prevent project delays.
- Administrative Duties: Prepare and upload all required digital reports and project deliverables as defined by the client.
- Asset Management: Oversee the proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of company tools, equipment, vehicles, and trailers.
- Inventory Coordination: Manage the inventory of all materials and equipment designated for site installation or dismantling.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Proactively identify technical failures and coordinate the necessary corrections on-site.
- Budget Oversight: Resolve field issues quickly to ensure projects stay within the assigned budget.
- Team Development: Provide technical guidelines and hands-on training to crew members regarding installation processes and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in similar telecommunications tower roles.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a focus on Telecommunications or Electronics is preferred.
- Industry Certification: NWSA Telecom Tower Technician 1 Certificate and NWSA Level 2.
- Safety Certifications: Must hold current certifications in OSHA (10 or 30), CPR, First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, RF Awareness, Rigging, Climbing, and Rescue.
- Physical Ability: Ability to climb towers daily and lift/carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, plan, and organize technical teams effectively.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
