Foreman for AT&T LTE upgrades in the Virginia market which entailed operating the change out of booms, hot slides and LTE/AWS upgrades. Unfortunately AT&T shut down all builds as they tried to buy out Direct TV and Texcom went out of business.

Joined companies with Southern Building to become more familiar with building tower top and LTE conversions. Started as a foreman on roof-tops in Detroit with Sprint LTE build outs which consisted of civil and L & A upgrades. While working on roof-tops I became certified to climb and rescue, CPR/first aid and RF training. I was also trained in DragonWave microwave systems I became a Construction Manager and operated a total of 4 crews.

Owner/operator of residential and commercial remodeling company

Developed my own remodeling company for clientele in Landfall, Wrightsville Beach and the surrounding areas performing various maintenance and remodeling projects of varying scope and difficulty. Acted as general contractor obtaining skilled professionals for other trades while remodeling commercial buildings for various new enterprises. Did civil work for tower projects.

Residential and Light Commercial Foreman. Began as a foreman in charge of finishing a small office park and was placed in charge of a highly custom home of about 16000 sq ft. that took approximately 18 months to complete. This project was a nonstop learning experience that changed my career for the better. Also worked on many custom homes in the Kure Beach area as well as Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach.

Residential and Light Commercial Foreman. Began as their first foreman in charge of service calls and custom homes. While with them I wired two five thousand square foot homes, a sixty five hundred square foot home and a handful of three thousand Square foot homes which included a 2006 Parade of Homes house. Also learned commercial wiring and I wired the new Farm Bureau in Hampstead, an office building on 17th street and many small office remodels.

Purchaser. Established computerized inventory tracking system. Helped build purchasing and invoicing department. Billed T&M slips. Responsible for purchasing all switchgear lighting, fire alarm generators and commodities. Helped organize inspections. Also worked as an assistant project manager.

Involved in inside sales and counter sales. Handled a large volume of incoming sales calls on a daily basis. Expanded my knowledge of electrical needs of customers while working on counter sales. Continued to service the needs of customers both with breakers and other electrical needs.

Sold, quoted and learned switchgear Cutler Hammer programs. Also attended many Cutler Hammer training courses for MCCs, Switchboards, Metering and all other Cutler Hammer products.

Worked in the wire room and was the breaker specialist for the company.
