Field Technician
Rightech - McAllen, TX - July 2015 to Present
Responsibilities
Upgrading and installing new equipment for Ericsson on the sprint network. Trouble shooting alarms and doing
preventive maintenance. Retrained in performing blind audits and permanent acceptance checklist. Worked
in a pair and also alone. Did litle work in with AT&T doing the Das to Dus conversion.

Accomplishments
Became a trainer within 3 weeks of being hired on.

Tower Technician
Tactical CES - Houston, TX - January 2015 to July 2015
Responsibilities
Installing and maintaining telecommunication for T-mobile. Installing new cabinets and hardening sites from
theft. Sweeping lines and any trouble tickets that might come up. Anywhere from radio switch-outs to full
upgrades. Did some audit work for AT&T and T-Mobile using the 3-Z tool or AAT. Most of our work was during
the night time frame.

Tower Technician
Bluestream - Marietta, GA - October 2013 to January 2015
Responsibilities
Pin and sweep antennas using the JDSU for Antenna Sweeps and the Kaules Pim Gear. i also sweeped and
cleaned fiber using attachments from the JDSU-Anritsu. We did full LTE upgrades for AT&T. Anything from
running lines to full boom swaps. Went around doing tiger team for about 5 months fixing and troubleshooting
errors people made at sites. Close to the end i was in under review for a foreman position running my own
tiger team. I also did a couple boom builds and installing collars and handrails on mono-poles. I did a couple
blind audits for the company nothing out of AT&T work.

Accomplishments
Started as a green hand and am now a top hand with lead potential.

Install and maintain all signal support system and radio operations.

Accomplishments
Led a shop to outstanding operations during two deployments.
