Administer the towns Fats Oil and Grease (FOG) and Backflow prevention programs to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The department is in the processes of becoming accredited through the American Public Works Association (APWA) this processes revealed that the department was lacking significant amounts of written policy and procedures, was tasked with generating these documents.
