-Served as the Master Fitness Trainer in a Regiment Headquarters Troop consisting of 256 Soldiers, responsible for

plan worked, resulting in a 8-10% increase in the overall scores/results average and a 35% reduction in over-weight
soldiers.

Instructor/Trainer (Warrior Adventure Quest Cadre)
-Member of a 12 person team responsible for providing resiliency training to re-deploying and deploying units,
focusing on educating participating members on alternative activities for achieving an adrenaline rush in a safe
controlled environment. Activities included: bungee jumping, water sports, mountain biking, rock climbing and
paintball.
-The program showed a 23% decrease in significant misconduct among personnel who participated in the approved
course.
-Managed the scheduling of participating units, coordinated scheduling of participant times and cadre personnel.
-Conducted extensive research and made educated recommendations for high dollar purchases that were the most
cost effective to the budget but still met all requirements.
-Assisted in the facilitation of 5 Master Resiliency Training classes consisting of approximately 800 personnel total in
the Army’s holistic approach to Soldier stress. Classes taught consisted of a 10 day block of instruction covering
mental toughness, problem solving, active constructive responding and identifying signature strengths.

-Achieved first place for marksmanship for a 3 member crew out of 13 crews on the M2 Bradley Infantry Fighting
Vehicle, its first ever fielding to Engineer units on Fort Hood. Hard work, dedication and continued rehearsals
culminated in the crew achieving Top Gun status.
-Mentored numerous young Soldiers through the early stages of their military career, ensuring they remained
doctrinally trained, qualified and always exceeded the standards that were set forth. This mentorship is crucial to a
young soldier that may or may not know what path they will choose.
