United Tower Company has been in business for over 40 years . UTC is a family ran business with three generations working together in the communications industry.

William Singleton was the original founder of the company, but has since retired and passed the business along to his son, Tracy Singleton. Tracy currently serves as UTC's President and is the lead Project Director for the company. Tracy's son Jason Singleton serves as one of the crew leaders and assists with Project Direction. Tracy's son-in-law Danny Tillery currently serves as the Office Manager for the company.

All employees have completed the Fall Protection and Competent Tower Climber certification by SALA and have CommScope Training. All have been trained in First Aid and CPR. United Tower Company is qualified by Motorola and Southern Company.
