My name is Nicholas LeBlanc, and I am currently completing the Tower Technician program at Pinnacle Career Institute, with all certifications (OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR/AED, and NWSA TTT-1) expected by June 1, 2026. I am applying for a Tower Technician position with your company.
I bring a strong background in construction, subcontracting, and equipment operation, with experience working in physically demanding outdoor environments. I am comfortable working at height, in all weather conditions, and using a wide range of tools and heavy equipment. I am also trained in 100% tie-off, fall protection, and basic rigging practices, with hands-on climbing experience gained through an 80-hour practicum.
In my previous work, I have taken on leadership responsibilities, including managing crews of up to eight people, coordinating jobs, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. As a self-employed subcontractor, I have developed strong problem-solving skills, accountability, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards.
I am willing to travel, work extended hours, and meet the demands of the job, and I am able to pass a DOT physical. I hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record and am willing to obtain a CDL if required.
I am highly motivated to begin a long-term career in the tower industry and contribute to a team that values safety, productivity, and professionalism. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss how I can add value to your crew.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
