1.change pitch cylinder

2.change Accumulator

3.check TCM

4.Carry on Torque and Tension on both 3.0 and 2.0 turbine that includes 500 and 1st annual services.

5.Trouble shoot and do visual inspections on all bolts in the generator.

 

Construction

In order to guarantee the stability of the Wind Turbine, you responsible to check a pile or flat foundation to used, depending on the consistency of the under layer ground.

 

, but must also absorb the huge static load causal by the varying power of the wind, in that turbine construction of concrete or steel is used.

In so doing you will be responsible to check the height 40-69 m approx. 600 rated power and approx. 40 to 65 rotor diameter or 65 to 114 approx. 1.5 to rated power and approx. 70 m rotor diameter.

You also make sure that rotor is the component which, with the help of the rotor blades, converts the energy in the wind into rotary mechanical movement.

Was responsibility to check make sure that the nacelle and the machinery are corresponding.

  • Ability to climb 100-400 wind turbine generator tower for the purpose of TORQUE tower section Bolts and lowering Cables from NACELLE to the ground accordance
  • 500-Hr annual services 2.3 MW II/VS and 500-hr Annual services on 3.2 MW. Torque and tensioning Bolts in HUB, NACELLE, A-Cabinet and Section Area. We use the hydraulic torque Wrench to tighten the bolts on the blades.
  • Giving both verbal and hand signal to crane operator for proper position of load being lifted
  • Operate tag line for load being lifted by Crane
  • Replacement of gearbox with in Main shaft, V-82-1.65MW for VESTA Wind Turbines, reinstalling the nacelle and Hub Component
  • Pre-commissioning, troubleshooting, and hub hatch replacement.
  • Drilled and trapped holes installer Heat Shield and Heat Blankets and Hose Clamps
  • Records Meters and instrument readings, such oil stream temperature and pressure of hydro-electric turbines and related generator that produced Electricity.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skill in English and French
