4SE, Inc. is a structural engineering firm located in historic Charleston, South Carolina.  The principals of 4SE, John Moore, P.E., Bill Ussery, P.E., and Greg Burbage, P.E., have over 90 years of combined structural engineering experience.   4SE specializes in providing state-of-the art analysis and design, innovative thinking, and quality services on all projects.  We are dedicated to developing the vision of our clients to help them achieve their goals.  Services and expertise:
