Title: Field Service Technician -  Level 1
Level 1 Field Service Technicians work in differing environments that range from being outside at a remote radio tower site, a high-rise building rooftop, to working inside a telecom facility. Technicians need to be able to operate 4-wheel drive trucks and pull trailers to these customer locations where they will need to assist with the implementation of highly technical network devices.  Our clients need technical help to build out their wireless networks, associated power systems, point-to-point microwave links, monitoring circuits, equipment cabinets, and supporting tower structures. Field Service Techs will need to utilize their hi-tech skills to install and troubleshoot the numerous devices connected within these networks.

Job Responsibilities:
•          Complete wireless radio, camera, and networking device installations throughout Northern Colorado.
•          Build out telecommunication facilities and supporting tower structures.
YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING AT HEIGHTS AND WITH THE CONSTRUCTION-TYPE TASKS.
•          Technicians will be required to assist the crew with the installation, maintenance, replacement, and troubleshooting of differing types of electronics while working from the tower structures and/or from manlifts.
•          Capable of following direction from Foreman, Manager, and/or experienced team members.
•          Available to work long hours that may include weekends as some project timelines are unpredictable.
•          Learn and practice safety protocols including proper use of PPE.
•          Perform manual labor on a regular basis including the ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
•          Must have a positive attitude about working outside in all weather conditions.
•          Technicians follow and comply with the company Health, Safety and Environment Program, including the use of company provided PPE and the mandatory 100% Tie off rule while working at heights.
•          Enthusiastic about learning the differing network devices and technologies behind these systems.

Job Qualifications:
•          High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
•          Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
•          Valid driver's license and good driving record with reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills:
•          General computer knowledge and the basic understanding of how to connect devices to a local network.
•          General knowledge of AC and DC circuitry is a plus but not required. Willing to train.

•          Full-Time: 40 Hour Work Week + Overtime Options

•          8 to 10-hour shift
