I began climbing cellular towers in 1998. I became a tower hand in 1999 at Magnum Cellular Service constructing monopoles, guyed, and self supporters all over North Carolina and South Carolina. We went down into Georgia building along  the I-85 corridor all the way to the outskirts of Atlanta in 2000.  I became a climbing foreman of a tower crew for at least a dozen companies beginning in 2003. In 2007, I became a project manager at Telecom Procurement Services, in addition to my climbing foreman role. In 2009, I became an uninsured contract climber until opening my company Lee Tower Services Incorporated in 2011. Our focus has been dedicated to supporting and appreciating the efforts of the men and women in the wireless industry that climb towers.
