Install, maintain, and repair all cable networks and dishes for DIRECTV. Perform voltage tests on all networks and maintain grounding. Perform systems tests to troubleshoot any problems within the network and repair all problems within a timely manner to get customers services back up. Communicate with customers on a daily basis to provide information on my wiring plan for each installation. Climb ladders in excess of 30ft to wire buildings and route cable through tight spaces and attics to insure 100% customer satisfaction.
