Integra Telecom - Billings, MT - February 2007 to December 2009
Manage a staff of 35 with overall P&L responsibility. Managed customer care, sales, technical operations,
finance, and human resources, Delivering voice, data, and long distance services to business and residential
customers.
Maximized the local market revenues using existing network infrastructure, knowledge of customer segments,
and competitive situations, increased penetration levels and CM's.
Responsible for all costs: capex, opex, and netex.

Managed the company's restructuring programs. Transitioned high speed data customer from a third party
to an in-house operation. Created sales incentive programs, and introduced the bundling billing concept.

High Speed Access Corporation - Louisville, KY - September 1997 to October 2000
Began as a startup operation with 14 employees in September 1997 and grew 400 employees by December
1999. Launched a successful IPO in June 1999.Introduced high speed cable modem service to small and
medium sized rural markets. Raised revenues from $30K monthly to $5MM monthly. Increased customer base
from 6,000, to 120,000 over two years.
Responsible for managing the P&L: successfully built and managed a customer service organization, a sales
department, human resources, billing, and network operating center. Established brand recognition, enhanced
community relations, and negotiated all major contracts including new building leases. Successfully trained
CATV operators in delivering high speed data and telephone products.
