Airvet Communications is a new company based out of Whiteland, IN. We are a Veteran Owned and Operated company who hopes to find work in Indiana where we are from and our families currently live. We have over 30 years experience in the company and work with a competitive attitude which has already made us stand out as an elite crew in our previous markets.

The purpose of this proposal is to highlight the qualities of the company and its employees. Airvet Communications is an Indiana based LLC that will provide services in all ranges of tower services. We are currently equipped to do light installs, Tiger Team, decomms, audits, microwave paths, lighting, etc. We are fully insured.

The Mission of Airvet Communications will be to provide the highest quality services at competitive prices in the wireless network industry. While wanting to expand there will be a “grow slow” mentality to prevent inexperienced employees from being moved into senior positions and therefore leading to a decline in safety and quality of work. Safety will always be the number one concern at Airvet Communications.

Airvet Communications was founded by me, Brian McNabney. I have been around towers since doing it part time as a teenager more than 10 years ago. Through my expertise and dedication I hope to be able to bring the operations of Airvet Communications to profitability and good standings within the local telecommunications Industry.

Airvet Communications will work with companies like www.hirevets.com when looking to hire new personnel. All of my employees have held senior positions as part of various tower crews. We like to think of ourselves as the best at what we do and strive daily to achieve that. I believe this is our best asset and strongest quality.

We were all just involved in the Sprint Network Vision/ ALU installation and integration in the Morrisville, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Wilmington, and Myrtle Beach Markets in the Carolinas. We were there to the end doing Tiger Team work. Before that was AT&T/ Ericcson RBS installation and integration in the same markets. We also did 90 partial decomms last year in about 4 weeks in OH, MN, and PA.

I have been trying to get home since I left 8 yrs ago to join the military. I have gotten married and had a daughter. Between 3 yrs in Afghanistan and towers I have missed a lot. The whole time I have been saving money and buying equipment and learning as much as possible so that I could one day do this. One big elaborate plan to be closer to my family.
