Job Description:

RMC Contracting is seeking motivated and safety-focused Tower Hands to join our wireless construction team. Tower Hands assist with the installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of cell towers and related equipment. This role requires climbing, working at heights, and performing physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Climb and work on communication towers up to 500 feet
  • Install antennas, radios, coax, mounts, and other wireless equipment
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on existing sites
  • Follow all safety protocols and complete required documentation
  • Work closely with the Foreman and crew to complete jobs on schedule
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments
  • Previous tower experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidates
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
