Triforce is expanding and actively seeking experienced Tower Climbers to join the team. Work includes tower construction, maintenance, upgrades, and civil projects across multiple states. The role suits individuals who want consistent work, steady growth, and a safety‑driven environment.

Position Overview

Team members will assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of communication towers and associated infrastructure. This position requires regular travel, outdoor work, and the ability to work at significant heights.

Travel Requirements

• Standard rotation consists of two weeks of travel at a time
• Hotel and travel accommodations covered
• Daily per diem provided on travel days

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable tower climbing experience
• Ability to climb and work at heights exceeding 200 feet
• Strong understanding of safety and tower rigging procedures
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Team-oriented, reliable, and able to follow safety protocols

Preferred Certifications (Not Required)

• TTT1 / Tower Technician I
• OSHA 10
• RF Awareness
• First Aid / CPR
